Dave Mellott

Prior to the start of my mortgage lending career, I graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering. I then pursued a master’s degree in Quality and Manufacturing Management while working full time as an Engineer. In 2006, I decided to make a career change and joined the mortgage industry. I have experience with all loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, FHA 203k renovation, Conventional Homestyle renovation, and Construction loans. My education and experience have both contributed to my attention to detail and quality of work when helping borrowers. Due to my opportunity to work with a variety of loan programs and my skillset, I have become a highly rated mortgage lender on Experience.com.
